Our 14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy to make your shopping experience as simple and satisfying as possible. You have 14 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that approved returns are eligible for store credit only.
Return Conditions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept your return in the following cases:
- Worn or washed items: Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.
- Missing tag: The original tag is absent.
- Altered items: Items that have been altered or customised.
- Odours: Items that emit strong odours such as perfume, smoke, or body odour.
- Incomplete return: Items returned without their original packaging, accessories, or gifts included at the time of purchase.
- Deadline exceeded: Items returned after the stated return period.
- Non-returnable items: Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Hygiene products: Personal-use items whose hygiene seal has been removed.
- Incorrect items: Items that do not match the original order.
- Excessive wear: Items showing abnormal wear beyond normal use.
- Incomplete documentation: Return made without a completed return form or valid proof of purchase.
- Misuse: Items damaged as a result of misuse, negligence, or improper care.

Recommendations
Always check your garment for any stains or manufacturing defects before removing the tag. Once the tag has been removed, no claim can be accepted.
Items returned without meeting these conditions or without a prior return request will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
- Fill in the return form — Complete our return form at aminathelabel.com.au/returns, including your order number and reason for return.
- Prepare your return parcel — Carefully pack the items to be returned along with the delivery note included in your original parcel to help facilitate processing.
- Ship your return —
- Create your own shipping label at your local post office and include signature upon delivery request. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
- Receive your store credit — Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality check that may take up to 5 business days. Approved returns will be issued as store credit within 10 business days.
