Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 3pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within Australia takes 3–7 business days from dispatch. International orders take 7–21 business days from dispatch.

How much is shipping?

Within Australia, standard shipping is $11 and express is $15. Use code SHIP75 for free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. International shipping is $25 standard or $50 express. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to 27 countries, including New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates and much of Europe. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

How do preorders work?

Preorder items are made to order. The estimated dispatch date is shown on each product page. If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your in-stock items may ship first. Preorders can't be cancelled once placed.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns are issued as store credit with no expiry date. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Email us at contact@aminathelabel.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm within 1–2 business days. Send your item back using a tracked service at your own cost. Once it arrives, we'll inspect it within 5 business days and issue your store credit within 10 business days.

What can't be returned?

Items that have been worn, washed or altered, items with strong odours, final sale items, and hygiene items with removed seals.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us straight away with a photo and your order number. We'll fix it at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Products

What are your hijabs made from?

Our modal hijab sets and lace modal hijabs are made from modal, a soft, breathable fibre made from beech wood pulp that drapes beautifully. Our jersey and liquid jersey hijabs are soft, slightly stretchy and stay in place without pins.

Do the hijabs come with an undercap?

Yes. Every modal hijab set and lace modal hijab comes with a perfectly matching undercap.

What sizes do your abayas come in?

Our abaya sets come in sizes from Small (52) to XX Large (60), depending on the style. Not sure which size to choose? Email us your height and we'll help you find the right fit.

How do I care for my hijab or abaya?

We recommend hand washing or a gentle machine cycle in cold water. Lay flat to dry and avoid tumble drying to protect the fabric. Iron on a low setting if needed.
